3. Client Obligations

4. Payment

Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments incur a 5% monthly fee.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to the delivered work. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

6. Warranty & Liability

We warrant work conforms to specifications for 30 days. Liability is limited to fees paid.

7. Governing Law

Romanian law applies. Disputes resolved in Bucharest courts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; changes posted here with revised effective date.
